Una "Casa Canonica" completamente ristrutturata, in cui è possibile organizzare giornate di studio, soggiornare per una o più notti,

ad esempio durante un viaggio in bicicletta o un tour nelle nostre zone,

INDICAZIONI PER LA RICHIESTA DI SOGGIORNO IN “CASA ANNA”

CASA CANONICA DELLA PARROCCHIA “S. SILVESTRO, PAPA” IN MONTICELLI D’OGLIO

“Casa Anna” è una struttura parrocchiale che può essere utilizzata per le seguenti attività:

• Brevi soggiorni in autogestione (considerando che la cucina è attrezzata solo come ambiente per prima colazione o break e non per pasti completi cucinati in loco). Un esempio di ciò potrebbero essere viandanti, come ciclisti o motociclisti, che abbiano necessità di trascorrere una o più notti per il riposo durante il viaggio. La casa dispone di 12 posti letto, suddivisi in 6 femminili e 6 maschili, e di 1 posto letto al pian terreno per persone con disabilità [divano-letto]).

• Momenti di ritiro spirituale o culturale o aggregativo, disponendo di una sala per riunioni, di una cucina attrezzata per piccoli pasti, alcuni posti letto come detto sopra.

• Richieste particolari saranno valutate a seconda delle richieste che verranno ricevute. Tuttavia, sono esclusi ritrovi per feste di qualsivoglia genere (ad esempio, non sono consentite richieste per feste di compleanno, feste dell’ultimo dell’anno, feste private di ogni genere).

La domanda per usufruire di “Casa Anna” deve essere inoltrata a: parrocchia.monticelli@gmail.com per tempo così da organizzare il tutto al meglio e secondo le disponibilità della Parrocchia stessa, oppure telefonando al numero: 030.55.78.649. Non verranno prese in considerazione, per motivi organizzativi, richieste provenienti da altri mezzi di comunicazione sociale.

L’importo personale a notte è di € 35,00 sia per adulti che per bambini (non sono ammessi sconti, in quanto anche i bambini utilizzano le stesse attrezzature e lo stesso consumo di utenze). Il corrispettivo potrà avvenire in contanti oppure con bonifico bancario anticipato alle seguenti coordinate bancarie: IT64R0869255380052000011098 (Intestazione: Parrocchia San Silvestro, papa; Causale: Rimborso spese utilizzo “Casa Anna” – Cognome e Nome dell’utilizzatore o del responsabile del gruppo).

Non è possibile l’ospitalità di minorenni, né singoli né in gruppo, se non accompagnati residenzialmente e con assunzione di responsabilità da parte di un maggiorenne.

A richiesta accettata dalla Direzione della Parrocchia, verrà inviato un modulo da compilare e firmare o, nel caso di richieste immediate, verrà consegnato in loco dal Responsabile addetto alla struttura.

Si deve far attenzione che il prato antistante alla chiesa è proprietà privata degli abitanti della corte, per cui lì non è possibile parcheggiare e che bisogna stare attenti a non parcheggiare davanti a cancelli o entrate di case.

Al termine della permanenza si chiede di lasciare l’ambiente ordinato e il più possibile in stato di pulizia, così da favorire l’utilizzo alle persone che lo chiederanno in futuro.

Si chiede di far attenzione alle indicazioni apposte alla parete dell’entrata nella casa e anche al piano superiore e a quelle apposte in cucina, così da evitare incomprensioni o disagi.

DIRECTIONS FOR REQUESTING STAY IN “CASA ANNA”

CANONICAL HOUSE OF THE PARISH “S. SILVESTRO, POPE” IN MONTICELLI D'OGLIO

“Casa Anna” is a parish structure that can be used for the following activities:

Short self-managed stays (considering that the kitchen is equipped only as a breakfast or break room and not for full meals cooked on site). An example of this could be travellers, such as cyclists or motorcyclists, who need to spend one or more nights for rest during the journey. The house has 12 beds, divided into 6 female and 6 male, and 1 bed on the ground floor for people with disabilities [sofa bed]).

Moments of spiritual or cultural or aggregative retreat, having a meeting room, a kitchen equipped for small meals, some beds as mentioned above.

Special requests will be evaluated depending on the requests that are received. However, gatherings for parties of any kind are excluded (for example, requests for birthday parties, New Year's Eve parties, and private parties of all kinds are not permitted).

The application to use “Casa Anna” must be forwarded to: parrocchia.monticelli@gmail.com in advance so as to organize everything as best as possible and according to the Parish's availability, or by calling: 030.55.78.649. Requests from other social communication media will not be considered for organizational reasons.

The personal amount per night is € 35.00 for both adults and children (no discounts are allowed, as children also use the same equipment and the same consumption of utilities). The consideration can be made in cash or by bank transfer in advance to the following bank details: IT64R0869255380052000011098 (Header: Parish of San Silvestro, Pope; Cause: Reimbursement of usage expenses “Casa Anna” – Surname and Name of the user or group manager).

It is not possible to accommodate minors, either individually or in groups, unless they are residentially accompanied and assume responsibility by an adult.

Upon request accepted by the Parish Management, a form will be sent to be completed and signed or, in the case of immediate requests, it will be delivered on site by the Head of the facility.

Care must be taken that the lawn in front of the church is the private property of the inhabitants of the courtyard, so parking is not possible there and that care must be taken not to park in front of gates or house entrances.

At the end of the stay, we ask that the environment be left tidy and as clean as possible, so as to encourage use by those who ask for it in the future.

​​

Please pay attention to the instructions placed on the wall of the entrance to the house and also on the upper floor and those placed in the kitchen, so as to avoid misunderstandings or inconvenience.
